Christopher’s education concentrated in political science, international relations and history. After graduating from SUNY Binghamton, he went on to study and graduate from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1992.  He was admitted to practice later that year and immediately began pursuing his career in law as a litigation and real estate attorney in Annapolis. 

 

Over the last three decades, Chris has received numerous accolades including recognition as being a “Super Lawyer” designee, rated in the top 5% of attorneys in Maryland, as recently as this past year. Chris is a member of the bar associations of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC as well as a member of the United States Maritime Lawyers Association. He has been a longtime Board Member and supporter of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Abused and Neglected Children) in Anne Arundel County and received the Longevity Award for his over ten years as President and a member of the Board.
